I can’t wait to see the final projects in 5th grade STREAM! They are creating fairy tale Stop Motion movies to share with K and 1st. They are learning how to use green screens, stop motion, and animation.




What a snowy week its been! While the temperature hasn't cooperated for outdoor recess all week- we have enjoyed the small moments of fresh air.










4th Graders went into construction mode with Assistant Professor of Anatomy & Physiology from Northwest College, Austin Conklin.
Dissection of pig kidney and heart in our CoLabratory! This was an awesome activity to bring our unit of internal organs hands on.

Thank you Cody Regional Health for providing our 5th graders an incredibly valuable experience. They now know how to do hands-only CPR to help keep our community safe.






Menu Change for the week:

Dental Screenings rescheduled for February 24th


Today, Tuesday, February 4th will be a 1 hour late start. School will begin at 9 with breakfast at 8:40. We will have indoor recess this morning. Please come bundled up!

Amazing STREAM activity for today! Frozen Bubbles!!
Need:
1cup warm water
2 1/2 tablespoons of corn syrup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons of dawn dish soap.
Warm up the water, then mix in the corn syrup. Then mix in the sugar, then the soap. Place mixture in fridge for 30 min. Then, go outside and slowly blow bubbles through a straw and let bubbles land on the snow. Watch the magic happen!!!
